Tko Rain Pants (outside the boot🇮🇹)

Mud or rain pants made of lightweight vinyl, non-shiny material for RACING. The material is doubled in the seat and legs for durability. Leg closes at the bottom of pants and Velcro for easy dressing over your boots. The pant  has an elastic pant clip to prevent the leg from riding up while you are in the saddle and has a Velcro closure at the waist to ensure a snug fit under your vest.
